Payment Credit card payments are accepted via Google Checkout or Paypal for your convenience! With Google Checkout, please make sure you go all the way through to Google and process your credit card payment there. This will prevent your order from being delayed as it will not be processed until payment is received.
With Paypal, you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card if you don't have or want one.
If you have any questions, or need special arrangements, please don't hesitate to contact me via the Contact Us link at the top of all pages on this site. Cancellations Cancellations may be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please send an email through the Contact Us link at the top of each page on this site in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if your order has not been shipped. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued. Returns Policy If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. You may send an email via the Contact Us link at the top of each page on this site in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included with any package you return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your own protection. All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified of any problems. |
