My name is Sylvia Mayfield.  I've been selling online since 1997 at all kinds of auction sites, such as online classifieds on early AOL, eBay, Yahoo Auctions, Overstock Auctions, Bidville, Romahawk, SellYourItem, Bidzig, Bidchaser, OnlineAuctions.com, YourHighBid,  WeBidz, HiBidder and quite a few others.  That's quite a bit of experience!

I've been married to my husband Sam for 30 years; have two lovely daughters and three beautiful grandsons.  I retired in June 2007 after 30 years of public service; working for the State of Texas. 

I love crafting like crochet and cross-stitch and I'm even learning to knit and sew at my age!  I like watching movies while I craft and love to read too.  Being outside in my garden, "playing in the dirt," feeding the birds and squirrels are more of my favorite things to do.

I collect Angels, banks and DVD's of my favorite movies.  If I had half a chance, I'd probably collect way too many things!  I'm a packrat!
